You will also identify outreach strategies, including customization and personalization, as well as how to qualify a lead. Lastly, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the tools and resources used by entry-level SDRs and top sellers.
Learn the key steps in building a strong sales pipeline. Then, identify potential customers and learn about the "ICP" (Ideal Customer Profile). Next, you will develop a plan for engaging and nurturing leads.
Become familiar with your sales tech stack and learn how to use CRM tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot. You will also learn how to conduct thorough discovery sessions and establish strategies for effective sales techniques. Become comfortable with handling objections and maintaining strong relationships.
